Elphinstone is pleased to announce that Greenlaw planning consent was purified by signing the Section 69 & 75 on Monday 26th February 2007.
35 acres of Elphinstone Land is earmarked for residential development, and a further 30 acres for a business park and will form part of the Greenlaw Consortium which is promoting an integrated development over 119 acres of land at Newton Mearns for a mix of residential, commercial, business and educational purposes.
Infrastructure works costing £21 million to include new roads and sewers, roundabouts and road improvements are due to commence in April 2007.
