Planning Permission Granted at Patterton Steading

Planning permission was granted on 4th April 2008 at Patterton Steading, Newtown Mearns. The development, comprising circa 7.5 acres between the M77 and Stewarton Road, will involve an extension to the existing farmhouse, conversion of four outbuildings and two new build properties.
