Elphinstone New HQ
Elphinstone and its design team is working up proposals for a new business park at Greenlaw, Newton Mearns, immediately adjacent to junction 4 of the M77 and within ten minutes of Glasgow city centre. Greenlaw Park has outline planning consent for 410,000sq ft of offices and a hotel. Infrastructure works are currently progressing to create fully serviced development sites.
A phase 1 planning application will be lodged at the end of January 2008 for two office buildings totalling 80,000 sq ft. Elphinstone will be moving its headquarters in mid 2009 into the first building of 30,000 sq ft within this phase 1 development, reflecting its confidence in the quality of Greenlaw as a prime business location.
