Making a Mark on the Future of Perth
Perth City West LLP is undertaking a multi million pound investment which will enhance Perth's status as a city and be the commercial focal point of Perthshire.
We are preparing a masterplan for Huntingtower, a 27 acres site to the west of the A9 bypass and would like the people of Perth to help us.
Perth is an attractive and vibrant city. We would like to add value to the city in a considered and purposeful way through investment in a development which would strengthen the economy and sustain hundreds of jobs.
Perth City West is a joint venture between two leading entrepreneurs, Ken Ross OBE, Chairman and Chief Executive of Elphinstone and Scottish Financier David Hunter of Hunter Capital Partners.
Our aim is to add a new dimension to Perth in a way that meets local needs and complements what is on offer elsewhere, particularly in the city centre.
We would like the people of Perth to help us shape the new development by telling us what they need and want in their city. We have some thoughts of our own, but we want local people to have a real say in shaping our proposals.
Perth City West extended an invitation to members of the Perth community to make their mark on the future of Perth, and invited them to come along to have their say on Tuesday 24th June, 2pm to 8pm at The Centenary Suite, McDiarmid Park, Perth.
