St Magdalene's & West Haugh
Elphinstone has disposed of its interest at both West Haugh in Stirling and St Magdalene's in Perth. This was part of a rationalization of the Elphinstone land portfolio and will allow Elphinstone to focus on new and exciting projects for the future.
Both sites formed part of the former UA Group portfolio and had previously been used by the livestock auction business.
St Magdalene's and West Haugh have both been acquired by local landowners.
