Elphinstone Appoints Second Non-Executive Director
Following the announcement in December 2007 that Ken Campbell was becoming a Non-Executive Director, the Elphinstone Holdings Board are delighted to announce the appointment of a second Non-executive Director, Stuart Overend, with effect from 1 January 2008.
Stuart Overend is a chartered accountant who joins Elphinstone from Aberdeen Asset Managers Private Equity, he is also a consultant to Hunter Advisors, run by David Hunter, with whom Elphinstone have three joint projects. Previously Stuart worked with Clydesdale Bank and KPMG.
Stuart has been advising Elphinstone for the last six months as a consultant, assisting with funding and corporate structure matters. With his private equity and banking background, Stuart will be a useful addition to the main board in the development of the group going forward.
