Greenlaw Infrastructure Works
Elphinstone is part of the Greenlaw consortium which is currently investing £24m on infrastructure works at the 119 acre Greenlaw site at Newton Mearns, Glasgow. Greenlaw is a mixed use scheme which will ultimately deliver:
- business park
- hotel
- neighbourhood retail and leisure facilities
- school
- 370 houses
The infrastructure works involve substantial improvements to the local road network which will help to improve road safety. Gas, water, electricity, telecoms and drainage services are all being upgraded. In addition much-needed extra car parking capacity will be provided at Patterton railway station.
