Entrepreneur Award for Ken Ross
Ken Ross OBE, Chairman and Chief Executive of Elphinstone Holdings Ltd, has been honoured at the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of The Year Awards 2008.
Ken was named category winner for Business Products & Services at the annual ceremony at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.
The awards, decided by an independent judging panel of leading entrepreneurs and business figures, honours individuals who exemplify entrepreneurial skills, spirit, innovation, vision, people leadership, financial management and corporate social responsibility.
Ken said: At Elphinstone we always encourage innovation and enterprise in our people and this is reflected through the excellent services we provide. The award is testament to the hard work of the whole team.
Scotland has an entrepreneurial spirit that is borne out of a real drive to make a difference and I think that we mirror that at Elphinstone by always seeking to add value for our people and our customers.
