Elphinstone Takes Control of 100 Acre Site at Coalburn
Elphinstone Estates Limited (E.E.L) purchased Commodore Homes Lanarkshire Ltd and took control of a 100 acre site at Coalburn, South Lanarkshire which has an outline planning consent for 670 housing units and a detailed minerals consent for the reclamation of the Bellfield Bing. A Section 75 Agreement is in place which covers both planning consents.
E.E.L has appointed a design team to develop and prepare a detailed masterplan to South Lanarkshire Council towards the end of 2008.
