Phase 1 Planning Application Lodged for Greenlaw Park

Greenlaw Park Limited, an Elphinstone joint venture company with the Royal Bank of Scotland, has lodged a planning application for a total of 79,000 ft2 of offices on the business park at Greenlaw. The site already has outline consent for 410,000 ft2 of offices and a hotel. This phase 1 reserved matters application is for two office buildings comprising:

30,000 ft2 net over three floors

49,000 ft2 net over four floors

Both buildings will have undercroft car parking and their specification will provide high quality business space, with a BREEAM very good rating, in an attractive landscaped setting. Elphinstone Holdings will be moving its corporate headquarters into the first building, reflecting its confidence in the quality of Greenlaw as a prime business location next to junction 4 of the M77 and ten minutes from Glasgow city centre.

Construction of the first office building is expected to commence in the summer for completion in 2009.
