Elphinstone is in the process of re-organising its corporate structure to reflect the changing and expanding nature of the group.
The re-structuring follows the departure of Ken Tough, last October and is being driven by Ken Ross, Chief Executive and the other principal directors, Keith Martin, Ken Campbell and Campbell Black.
Chairman and Chief Executive, Ken Ross, who joined Elphinstone in 1993 and has been instrumental in its direction and growth, is looking forward to leading this innovative group of companies into a new and exciting era for directors, staff and partners alike.
Ken Ross said, "We have been considering some material changes in the way the group is structured and how we present ourselves. We are aiming to enhance corporate governance of the group and to be less complex and more transparent."
"We are seeking to widen share ownership amongst all of the staff so everyone involved can more directly benefit from the company's success."
"We will complete our review and have the new group structure in place by the end of the year."
Ken totally dismissed an item in an industry magazine which suggested there were industry rumours of his impending departure from Elphinstone.
"Change of the type we are undergoing can give rise to rumours, but as anyone involved in Elphinstone knows, I am 100 percent committed to this company."
