Revised Planning Application for Elphinstone Place
Following lodgement of the Planning Submission in March 2004 for Elphinstone Place the stylish new 39 storey sky line landmark proposed to replace the former Strathclyde Regional Council offices at St Vincent Street, Elphinstone and its Design team have sought to refine the scheme and submitted a revised application to the Planners in October 2004.
The revised plans seek to address many of the comments and advice provided by Glasgow City Council, the Royal Fine Arts Commission, Historic Scotland and other statutory bodies
