The residential component has been sold to Cairn Housing Association, Tulloch Homes and the McGinnis Group.
The commercial component extends to 25 acres and is allocated on the Local Plan for a neighbourhood centre. The site was sold to Inverness LLP in 2006 and details can be viewed in our 'Commercial' section.
