2007 Disposals
During 2007, Elphinstone generated over £50 million of land sales.
The main disposal was 30 acres of land at Greenlaw, Newton Mearns to Manorlane.
2006 Disposals
During 2006, Elphinstone sold approximately 1,000 acres of land generating revenue in excess of £27 million.
The most notable disposals were:
1. Polmaise, Cambusbarron
Sold for residential development to Charles Church/ Persimmon.
2. Slackbuie, Inverness
A 25 acres site allocated for a neighbourhood centre, sold to the Inverness Property LLP. Part of this site is now the subject of planning application for an Asda supermarket.
3. Perth Agricultural Centre
The site of Perth Mart to the Perth LLP extending to 27 acres.
2005 Acquisition
In January 2005, following a successful £52 million, Elphinstone acquired UA Group PLC which as well as being Scotland's leading livestock auctioneers, had a considerable land bank. more >>

Acquisition:
Inverness
Purchase of 125 acres for £15 million from UA Group plc.
Disposals:
Inverness
Sales of 125 acres for £20.2 million to Tulloch and Inverness LLP.
Deaconsbank
Sale of 25 acres for £12.5 million to Stuart Milne Group.
