A joint venture between Elphinstone and Hunter Capital Partners, Inverness LLP owns 25 acres at Slackbuie off the Southern Distributor Road in Inverness. more >>

Mavor LLP

Mavor LLP, the third joint venture between Elphinstone and Hunter Capital Partners has purchased a 10 acre site in East Kilbride for redevelopment. Adjacent to Rolls Royce, the site is currently part let to the Eastlake Group.

Plans for redevelopment of the site are currently being prepared and will be submitted to the Council during the summer.
