A joint venture between Elphinstone and Hunter Capital Partners, Inverness LLP owns 25 acres at Slackbuie off the Southern Distributor Road in Inverness. The site is currently the subject of an outline planning application in conjunction with Asda for a Ł27m, 45,000 sq ft ASDA superstore and petrol filling station.

Part of the site has outline planning permission for a Medical Centre and has been sold to the Assura Group, a major provider of medical property and pharmacy services across the UK.

The balance of the site will be the subject of further applications.
