ElginSpringfield East Retail Park
Elphinstone has acquired a 6 acre site in the Morayshire town of Elgin. The site, formerly a saw mill, will be developed as a 50,000 sq ft retail park "Springfield East". Work has been undertaken, in conjunction with Property Investor Partnerships to progress the site through the Local Plan process.
A number of major retailers have already expressed an interest in letting the available space. Elphinstone intend to start construction in spring 2009, with the buildings ready for occupation in spring 2010.
