Stuart Overend is a chartered accountant who joined Elphinstone in January 2008 from Aberdeen Asset Managers Private Equity, he is also a consultant to Hunter Advisors, run by David Hunter, with whom Elphinstone have three joint projects. Previously Stuart worked with Clydesdale Bank and KPMG.
Stuart has been advising Elphinstone for the last six months as a consultant, assisting with funding and corporate structure matters. With his private equity and banking background, Stuart will be a useful addition to the main board in the development of the group going forward.
