Open Days for potential tenants at Stirling Agricultural Centre

Elphinstone is hosting two open days showcasing the last remaining business spaces to let at Stirling Agricultural Centre on Monday 1^st February and Monday 15^th February. Office suites from 750 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft (fully fitted) as well as retail spaces from 1,000 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft are available.

Located on a 52-acre site on the outskirts of the City, the Centre supports around 300 on- and off-site jobs and in addition to its offices and shops, comprises 400 pens, three sales rings, 18 paddocks, an exhibition hall, viewing gallery, conference facilities, and a 100-seater restaurant.

Opened in July 2009 the new Stirling Agricultural Centre is living up to its promise to be a hub for farming-related businesses with a number of tenants already in place.
