Elphinstone Win Commercial Development of the Year Award

Elphinstone was delighted to pick up an award at the Scottish Property Awards 2006 which were held last night at the Glasgow Hilton, organised by Property_Week.

For the second year running Elphinstone was nominated in two categories and was successful in one.

Elphinstone's "City Park" development won Scottish Commercial Development of the year and Elphinstone Chief Executive Ken Ross and Commercial Director Ken Campbell collected the award on behalf of the Elphinstone team.

Elphinstone was awarded runner up in Scottish Developer of the Year and was delighted to be one of the 4 finalists short listed for this category.

The Scottish Property Awards are judged by the Scottish Property Academy, a group of senior individuals from the Scottish property industry. The awards aim to recognise the professionalism, individuality and flair of the property industry in Scotland.
