Greenlaw Infrastructure Outline Planning Application approved

Elphinstone Land are pleased to announce that East Renfrewshire Council approved the Outline Masterplan and Infrastructure Planning Application for Greenlaw on 7th June 2005 subject to completion of Section 69 and 75 and formal approval from Scottish Executive.

The 35 acres of land at Greenlaw is earmarked for residential development and will form part of the Greenlaw Consortium which is promoting an integrated development over 119 acres of land at Newton Mearns for a mix of residential, commercial, business and educational purposes
