Elphinstone acquired an option over land south of Newtown St Boswells in anticipation that the area would be allocated for future development. Following a period of consultation and a public local enquiry, the Council has safeguarded the land for a significant expansion of Newtown St Boswells including 500 units on the Elphinstone land. more >>
