Greenlaw Park

Elphinstone, in partnership with the Royal Bank of Scotland is developing Greenlaw Park, Newton Mearns.

Greenlaw Park is a landmark development of a high quality business park maximising the potential of the 30 acre site. Its ideal location on the south side of Glasgow is adjacent to junction 4 of the M77 motorway and is close to Patterton railway station.

Detailed Planning Consent is in place for Phase 1 which will comprise three buildings totalling 102,700 sq ft of highly specified, flexible office space with car parking.

Outline planning consent has been granted at Greenlaw Park to provide a total of 410,000 sq ft of office space with a variety of building design options ranging from 30,000 sq.ft. to 250,000 sq.ft.

Occupiers are being sought for units of 2,500 sq ft upwards and they will be able to choose to build on Greenlaw Parks' Very Good BREEAM rating by specifying and incorporating their own environmental innovations required for their businesses. The letting agent for Greenlaw Park is DTZ Glasgow office.

Planning Consent has been granted for 'Greenlaw Village' a high quality neighbourhood retail centre, with shops, restaurants and a new Health Centre.

Elphinstone is part of the Greenlaw consortium who have already completed £24m of infrastructure works in the wider 119 acre Greenlaw site at Newton Mearns, Glasgow. The infrastructure works involve substantial improvements to the local road network which will help to improve road safety. Gas, water, electricity, telecoms and drainage services are all being upgraded. In addition much-needed extra car parking capacity will be provided at Patterton railway station.
