Elphinstone Commercial Division has projects with a gross development value in excess of £200 million.

Elphinstone focuses on selective commercial projects and is determined that any development adds real value to the immediate neighbourhood and wider communities by stimulating employment, attracting new amenities, improving services and providing new public assets.
