Strong, long-term business partnerships with people and businesses we respect and trust, and who share our values, are an important dimension to Elphinstone's success.

Elphinstone Estate Ltd, a land trading company jointly owned with Bank of Scotland is engaged in initiatives in Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, Kilmarnock, Stirling , Perth, Broxburn, Strathaven and Newtown St Boswells.

Greenlaw Park Ltd, is a joint venture between Elphinstone and Royal Bank of Scotland to develop a business park at Newton Mearns in East Renfrewshire.  The 30 acre site will provide 500,000 sq ft of offices, including new headquarters for Elphinstone.

Joint ventures with Hunter Capital Partners reflect a close working relationship with David Hunter, one of the UK's most highly regarded property fund managers. Initiatives are underway in Inverness, Perth and East Kilbride.

Elphinstone also have a joint venture with Murray Capital, a Scottish based private investment company which is a wholly owned division of Murray International Holdings, one of Scotland's largest family offices run by David Murray and a team of investment professionals.   This project is "The Mansions" Cunning Park, Ayr which is an exceptional residential development of 24 detached homes each on a significant plot of land.
