Elphinstone Holdings Ltd is a private company, wholly-owned by the directors and staff. It is also the parent company of several joint-venture and wholly-owned subsidiaries set up to support specific developments or initiatives.

Founded as a house building company in 1991, Elphinstone has since diversified into other areas of property development and currently manages investments of £500 million.
